Our Services
We start by analysing the prototype (physical sample), fabric swatch or other info provided by the customer and make sure your product(s) can be sourced by us accordingly. Once that is achieved, an action plan is formulated.
Sampling is the heart of any export order processing. Our design department develop samples to suit the season’s colours, fabric and style on the basis of the specification and requirement by the customer. Any number and any kind of samples are made according to customer’s requirements and sent directly one after another via couriers. By offering these vital services, we assist our customers in their marketing efforts by giving them an edge over their competitors.
This department not only develops new ideas but also caters to the customers and suppliers to solve any technical problems related to the garments & home textiles.
During product sample development, close collaboration is required between our customers, us and the manufacturers. We work hard to ensure that communication should be clear and specific enough which leads us to final production approval, manufacturing and shipment. Our experience in apparel sourcing and manufacturing ensures that every detail is covered. No work can proceed without approval from the customer and also from the Design & QC department.

Acting as your ambassador we ensure you get the best possible price that is mindful of your required ethical standards.
We supervise that production is handled properly by monitoring and communicating with factories for quality and on-schedule deliveries. This includes but is not limited to: Approval assistance with color/lab dips; fabric/yarn sourcing/ size standards/trim sourcing/strike-off approvals/ label approvals and fit approvals. We provide weekly production updates to our customers and ensure on-time delivery.
TQM in Ambassador Tex is implemented by a philosophy that can be characterized by its principles, practices, and techniques. Our TQM is based on 3 principles i.e. customer focus, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Each principle is implemented through a set of practices, which are simply activities such as collecting customer/supplier information or analyzing processes. These practices are, in turn, supported by a wide array of techniques.

Reporting:
We continuously update our customers with regular Status Reports on sampling, quality, production and shipment. We maintain a pro-active approach for problematic areas and take immediate corrective measures to ensure timely deliveries. We believe in fairness so even a bad news will be shared clearly & swiftly.
Testing:
Laboratory tests are also conducted using standard international testing procedures such as AATCC, ASTM, DIN, or ISO; using local or foreign labs; as per the customer’s request.
Compliance & Ethics:
We strictly ensure that our suppliers are adhering to the agreed ethical & ecological standards such as ISO, REACH, IMO GOTS, Oeko-Tex 100, WRAP, Eco-labels, IKEA, Wal-Mart, etc.
Final Container Loading Inspection:
We also offer a Final Container Loading Inspection, it is done when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. If requested by our customer/buyer, we hire qualified inspectors who not only supervise but closely monitor the loading process. Before shipping they check the:

Ambassador Tex is responsible for controlling all the required shipment documents and certificates as per prior agreement.
We also offer services for freight forwarding, shipment booking and monitoring of the whole shipment process until goods are received by the customers.

Why Pakistan
Pakistan has inherent advantage of being 4th largest producer of cotton, 3th largest consumer of cotton, 11th largest exporter of cotton and 3rd largest producer of cotton yarn in the world.
Textiles is the most important manufacturing sector of Pakistan and has the longest production chain, with inherent potential for value addition at each stage of processing, from cotton to ginning, spinning, fabric, dyeing and finishing, made-ups and garments.
The sector contributes nearly one-fourth of industrial value-added, provides employment to about 40% of industrial labour force and consumes about 40% of banking credit to manufacturing sector and accounts for 8% of GDP. Barring seasonal and cyclical fluctuations, textiles products have maintained an average share of about 57% in national exports.

EU and Pakistan
The EU and Pakistan have set up a Sub-Group on Trade to promote the development of two-way trade. The Sub-Group on Trade - set up under the auspices of the EU-Pakistan Joint Commission - is the forum for discussions on trade policy developments more broadly and also aims to tackle individual market access issues which hamper trade between the two parties.

EU-Pakistan bilateral trade relations are governed by the Cooperation Agreement from 2004 . Enhancing bilateral trade and investment is also part of the EU-Pakistan 5-year Engagement Plan from 2012 .

Pakistan is a major beneficiary of the trading opportunities offered by the EU Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP).
As a result, more than 78% of Pakistan's exports enter the EU at preferential rates.
Around 80% of the textiles and clothing articles imported to the EU from Pakistan enter the EU at a preferential tariff rate. Around a quarter of these imports are bed linen, table linen and toilet and kitchen linen. Textiles and clothing account for around 75% of Pakistan's exports to the EU. Pakistani exports to the EU have increased modestly in terms of value.
*From 1 January 2014 Pakistan benefits from generous tariff preferences (mostly zero duties on two thirds of all product categories) under the so-called GSP+ arrangement aiming to support sustainable development and good governance. In order to maintain GSP+ Pakistan has to keep ratification and effectively implement 27 core international conventions on human and labour right, environmental protection and good governance.
EU – Pakistan; Trade picture
- The EU being Pakistan's most important trading partner taking 21.2% of Pakistan's total exports.
- EU-Pakistan trade increased by almost 4.7% annually between 2007 and 2011.
- Pakistani exports to the EU are dominated by textiles and clothing as well as leather products. Textiles and clothing account for just under 75% of Pakistan's exports to the EU.
- Pakistan's imports from the EU mainly comprise mechanical and electrical machinery as well as chemical and pharmaceutical products.
